Balsam Hospital

We have medical exam and we tried to just ask the worker who has access to the appointment website to make sure that we had made an appointment but the worker wasn’t helpful. I don’t think it takes time to check. Also, when you make a reservation on the website it’s weird it doesn’t send a confirmation or any thing related to the appointment so in this case people have no idea if they made an appointment or not! As far as I know people who work for the United nation should be nicer to the clients since they’re working for international organization! No experience

I visited the children ward, and they are one of the best children unit in Erbil, clean and have best pediatrician in the town, with very good and cooperative staff. Surgical branches are also good, a relative of mine had a major cardio thoracic surgery at that hospital, thank God was very successful.

Unfortunately they had a really bad Service Specially that guy who is scanning he was so disrespect and he was smoking inside there while he scanning people who came there for test I hope they gonna kick him out of there he was really disgusting , 28-05-2024 in the morning hopefully the manager could see this feedback and don’t let him to work there anymore and my wife she asked for a Woman to do her scanning as long as in the website, said You can ask for woman to do it, but there’s no any woman is available i’m just confusing why they put that notice In the website, but they don’t work with the rule, unfortunately you guys didn’t have Experience

My wife did her medical exam for her visa There at the iom clinic 5th floor . 1 The lady at the front desk was very rude and treat people with double standards yet she is not a staff member and work for the security company 2 you can't speak with a staff member no matter what 3 they never pick up the phone 4 time : it took them 15 days to schedule the medical exam and over 20 days to give us the results
