It is a good hospital with good atmosphere for the patients and cooperative staff.

The best hospital in Iraq if not the whole Middle East. Doctor hiwa is the best most talented doctor. Saved our mother’s life. We have visited many corrupted doctors, in the past, but this one is magnificent. God bless you Doctor Kiwa and the owner of the hospital both very nice and respected people. One of the worst hospitals I’ve seen, I’ve had several bad experiences and the only reason why I went back so many times was just because it’s the closest to me for emergencies, but never again! I would die before going back to that place The management are idiotic, ignorant and blinded by money making, that they have completely forgotten the idea of healthcare! The staff are very unprofessional and disrespectful, they do not talk to you like your a human, they lack any sense of responsibility or professionalism, I’m pretty sure most of them are not even eligible to be employed anywhere else The place lacks a lot of facilities, like clean rooms, clean food, sanitizers, clean toilet, food waiting area’s, or even a parking lot!!! And just today. I had an appointment for one of my relatives, our appointment was at 2 on a Friday which is weird to begin with but we won’t complain here, I hurried up so I’m there 10 min’s early but the doctor wasn’t even there, I go and I’m like where is the doctor? They are like this is his break time, then they made me wait 2 hours for him to not even be back, I got furious I went to complain to the staff they didn’t even listen to me, so I just respectfully asked for my money back and left, which by the way they charge more than anyone else Save yourself a ton of trouble and don’t even think of going there no matter what doctor is working there!
