We were in search for an orthopedic doctor and had difficulty making an appointment elsewhere and our previous doctor was unavailable. I called LST and they found us a same day appointment with Dr. Hemin. We arrived about 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, waited 15 minutes, and our appointment began. Dr. Hemin was very quick with the appointment and diagnosed my husband, providing a few options for treatment. We asked for a recommendation and he gave his opinion, but didn't pressure us. My husband opted for an injection, as recommended, and I was so pleased to see they provided a local anesthetic for him. Afterwards we went to the pharmacy, in the reception area, to pay for the injection, and then to the cashier to pay for the visit. Yes, it's a private... You are going to pay, as it's not a public hospital... But I felt the price was appropriate and fine.

Most incompetent health clinic I’ve ever been to. With all due respect but all the medical staff are doctors and nurses in training who see you as an experiment!!! When I was giving blood samples, I had a lab supervisor, 2 lab technicians and 3-4 nurses popping up to “watch” !!! It was so disrespectful and humiliating. You can also tell they have no experience from the doctors to the cashier to the receptionist as they speak and act like robots by the book without actually listening to you and trying to really understand what they can help with. HORRIBLE

It is a very clean hospital in comparison to others I've visited and has very high standards for care and service, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and everyone acts professional in all aspects. There is an on site pharmacy, wheel chair accessable entrances, the lobby is set up to be quite comfortable for waiting for appointments, And they also have a coffee and drinks machine available in the lobby for clients and customers, Overall if you are looking for a professional establishment with a quality for care and service I would definitely recommend coming here.
