The worst experience we have with Healthcare. Today, we [my wife and I] made an appointment with Dr. Yasmeen Abdoulmajeed Shakr, for 3:00 PM, just to ensure we are not late, we arrived at 2:45 PM, right now it is 4:20 PM, the doctor has not arrived and there is already a long line of patients waiting for her. We thought that this is a private hospital and their attitude towards their clients will be different. Unfortunately, the time of patients are disrespected once again. By the way, the secretary of the Dr arrived at 3:35 PM. I hope the hospital will have something to say about it.
Highly recommended for spinal issues. Came from UK to seek help in neurosurgery with Dr.Ameer Al-Baqal who was the best doctor I've seen throughout Latvia, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Germany. My spine was fixed within 16 hours and i could walk and the team was supportive too. Private rooms, cleanliness, 3x food, showers, bathroom everything was just Amazing Every single time (this was my 2nd). Recommended!!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ Neurosurgery, eye surgery, brain surgery...basically any surgery...they got you covered.

Tests take vety very long. Of course, the usual problems of privatised health: money-hungry doctors, understaffed, most invasive possible course of treatment, etc.
Me and my wife came from UK as she had surgery that left her with numbness and constant back pain, in uk they did very bad surgery. All thanks to Allah Kareem that he guided us to these people and surgeon Dr.Ameer Al-Baqal who had loads of experience and knowledge. He and his team literally saved my wife’s future life. Amazing job by amazing team. 100% recommended Thank You could not explain how great full we are. JazakAllah Kahir Mashallha
