Unfortunately, my experience at Rizgary Hospital was not a positive one. The overall organization felt lacking, and waiting times were far too long. It was difficult to get clear information from the staff, and the communication between departments seemed very poor. Cleanliness and hygiene standards could also be improved. Patients deserve more attentive care and better service, especially in such an important facility. hope the management takes steps to improve both the environment and patient experience.
One of the well known governmental hospitals in erbil city. Has outpatient clinics, admission wards , non emergency operation theaters, imaging departments , Laboratory, pharmacy, CCU , physiotherapy ... 6 floor. Ground floor 1&3/surgical wards and CCU 2/Urology ward 4/ medical ward 5/Neurology ward 6/ Rheumatology ward Recently they added new building units next to the main one which includes // OGD center , oncology center, speech therapy unit, blood bank...

Bad service , also not clean hospital
Opd good but it’s needed more staff to help all people there are many patients there especially nights time
